Baby milestones

Bubba Zoe continues to amaze her Mum and herself this week. She's realised that you can splash water while having a bath, and does so with much vigour. We have also discovered our feet, and like to play with them when on the change table, which is very cute, except when trying to clean a dirty bottom; now both feet and hands need to be kept clear of the offending mess. Unfortunately, Zoe's first tooth continues to give her grief - I'm sure I felt it a few weeks back, but now, nothing but red gums and much saliva. Poor dear - I remember how much pain can be caused by wisdom teeth.

Have had a busy week, putting Aunty Melissa on the plane back to Sydney on Tuesday night; then joining a Breastfeeding Awareness Week morning tea at Mullumbimby Hospital with about 30 other mums 'n bubs [we all crave cake and company] followed by a middle eastern dinner at Aunty Litza's house, cooked by her Mum yesterday. Today we visited Great Uncle Ken at Lismore Base Hospital [he's okay], then went in to my work at the Uni for a presentation. So it's been early to bed tonight. Tomorrow, we rest.
